We inform you that, as a result of concluding act for the merger, made by Act dated 14 December 2009, prepared by the Notary Mr. Pagliarecci Massimo, ref. n. 66681, registered in Fabriano (AN) on 14 December 2009 at n. 38 and filed with the Registro delle imprese di Ancona on 16 December 2009, the company FIME S.p.A. is incorporated, with effect from 1 January 2010, in the company ELICA S.p.A..
Therefore, from 1 January 2010, the company ELICA S.p.A. replace all the relationships that you have with FIME S.p.A. In order to continue such relationships we kindly ask You to address to the incorporating company ELICA S.p.A. , as indicated below, all correspondence, the invoices, the allowances , and so originally intended for the company being acquired, except orders to be shipped to the motors operational offices.
